There are nature trails for hiking and horseback riding and the Gros Islet and Rodney Bay centers of tourist activities are only minutes away. This villa is the largest private villa on this 850-acre residential estate, historically a sugar plantation at the northern tip of the island. In this secluded location you can enjoy peace and tranquility. This villa is perfect venue for special occasions like birthday and anniversary celebrations, weddings, family reunions, small business retreats, or just a group of friends vacationing together. 18 hole golf course only 2 minutes away. Scuba diving (we can organize individual dives for your group). Horseback riding tours. Snorkeling (two of the most beautiful snorkeling locations are just 3 -10 minutes walk away from the Villa). Sailing tours (tailored to your group’s individual needs). Massages and other treatments can be booked right on property. Car rentals can be organized by our coordinator. Shopping service for large groups available. Wedding coordinator on property. Deep sea fishing, whale watching tours. Jungle biking and Rainforest walk excursions. Water sports and tennis only 3 minutes away.

Property is near a pond. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 3 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. 2 public beaches are within minutes walking distance of Villa. Others within 5 minutes drive.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Deposit should be made by credit card or bank transfer. All final payments should be made by bank transfer only. The deposit is 50 % refundable if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before the commencement of rental. In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled the client will have to absorb the cost of all bank charges. In the event of a confirmed booking being changed anytime up to 45 days before the commencement of rental, the client will be charged US$ 300.00 as a change of booking charge.
