All basic needs are on site. The home is used by family members from time to time. Special needs can be met by negotiation.

The view in a southern arc of 145 degrees and is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and False Bay. Cape of Good Hope to Cape Hangklip and the surrounding mountains can all be seen in an unobstructed view. Behind the home is a range of mountains called Silvermine Nature Reserve and forms part of The Table Mountain Nature Reserve. Indiginous Fynbos (unique floral kindom) grows naturally on these surrounding mountains.
Whales frequent this coastline July to November each year and can be viewed from the verandah.
The local fishing fleet pass the house to their popular summer fishing grounds.
Verandah linking lounge, dining and two bedrooms. Safe swimming in tidal pools and beaches. The dwelling dates back to the late 1800's and is mostly in it's original form including Teac floors. Front verandah and bathrooms have been upgraded.
• Cape Town International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Airport is a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on the route taken. You have a choice of main road or freeway routes making it a pleasant and easy drive.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 8 golf course(s) nearby. There are more than 8 well known and quality golf courses all within a 40 minute drive. Two are no more than a 10 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 60 minutes) to the parking lot of the ski resort in the mountains of Ceres. There is limited winter activities and it does not have a support infrastructure.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Walk to a supermarket and 10 other shops within 10 minutes.
Walk to the nearest Restaurant within 7 minutes and many more well known and liked, within a 20 minute walk.
Kalk Bay,a quaint fishing village, a 15 minute walk, brings you to a good range of collectibles, gifts and a varied village style shopping experience. Full size shopping complexes are within a 15 minute drive.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Muizenberg Beach, miles of white sand is a 10 minute walk away.
St James Beach is, sand/rocks/tidal pool and more, a 5 minute walk. Dalebrooke tidal pool is a 10 minute walk from the home.
The best reef surfing venues are within these limits while beach surf is best at Muizenberg corner. Fishing Harbour within a 15 minute walk.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

The balance after Deposit can be paid cash on the day of check-in together with the Security Deposit or EFT before your arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 250.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
