      50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

      • No smoking is allowed.
      • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
      • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
      • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
      • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
      • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
