20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer In my ABSA Bank account. Any damage must be refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of R100.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
