A lovely and typical Tuscan stone farmhouse in a peaceful location with some incredible panoramic views overlooking Arezzo and its valleys.
The villa / house sleeps 9 guests, and offers 5 bedrooms (3 double, one twin and a single), a large entrance hall, kitchen-dining room, large living room with open fireplace and sofas, bathroom with shower. There are three bathrooms (one with a hydro-massage bath) and a billiard room and piano.
This charming house is surrounded by a private large garden, with its mature trees providing elegance and shade and forms a natural terrace. The property has much to offer from a lovely gazebo, gardens, a beautiful round swimming pool (diameter 8 m. - depth 1,50 m.), a separate hydro massage whirlpool (seating 5), table tennis, a gym with hydro massage shower, sauna and barbecue are all available and exclusive for our guests. Inside the house, there is also a full size billiard/snooker table.
The house has typical Tuscan furnishings, simple, comfortable and in keeping with the country style of the house.

From here you have many opportunities to travel visiting towns such as Cortona Pienza Montepulciano and so on. The main place is Arezzo. Besides its history, it is also famous for gold antiques and fashion. You can visit the Prada outlet and maybe find a bargain. Then there is the Chianti and its castles and windy roads and of course some of the worlds most famous wines!
