A charming tourist complex made up of a manor house, 2 modern two-family villas and 2 completely restored ex-farmhouses, set on a hill which overlooks the fascinating Etruscan town of Capranica, between Lake Vico to the north and Lake Bracciano to the south, in an area of particular appeal to those who are interested in the mysterious world of the Etruscans and that of ancient Rome. Particularly peaceful position. The complex is set amid a large area covered in plants, nut trees and olive groves. Shared: equipped garden and beautiful swimming pool (8x17) (6/5-30/9, open from 9am to 7pm) from which you enjoy a pretty panorama over Capranica. The apartments 1/2/3/4 have a veranda, the others have an equipped outdoor area. Ideal for walks. Parking. Baby-beds available (Euro 20/week/each).Central heating. Within a radius of 50/60 km you will discover Etruscan necropoli, tombs, Roman amphitheatres and towns of great cultural interest such as Civita Castellana, Tuscania, Viterbo. 8 km golf course, considered to be one of the best in Italy, abt. 30 km away is the beautiful Lake Bracciano, 55 km Rome.
ACCOMMODATION: The villa (180 m2) Gr. fl.: spacious living room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), study with two arm-chair beds, WC (wash-basin and bidet). 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
