Large farmhouse made up of two apartments, which internally communicate between one another, situated on top of a broad hill surrounded by green chestnut woods, in a peaceful and uncontaminated area between Rome and Viterbo . The farmhouse has a garden (4,000 m2) that is well kept and well equipped with a swimming pool (6x12, 1.50 m deep) (1/6-30/9), panoramic terrace, pergola, wood burning oven and barbecue all of which are shared. Possibility of going for beautiful walks in the woods. 15 m away is a large farmhouse, an ancient monastery, SUTRI 3. Simply furnished but complete. Access to the farmhouse along 800 m of dirt track road. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
