Our accommodation is real Hawaiian Style living. Serenity surrounds and brings you in touch with the true nature of the Island. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
