There are numerous decks and porches from which you can enjoy the myriad of views offered by our prime location on the beach. This new home is also surrounded by over 50 mature palm trees which provide pleasant shade for those seeking to get out of the sun or have a nice picnic in the tropical atmosphere. There is plenty of space inside to relax and still enjoy all of the wonderful views: the sea, dolphins and sailboats, or any of the numerous species of migrating birds. 6 porches for excellent views: 1 large bay side ground level screened in porch, 1 large tropically landscaped ground level screen porch, 1 top floor large bay side screened in porch, plus 2 bay side and 1 large garden side sun deck.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Golf carts and bicycles provided for customers' convenience. Most of the island is accessible by golf cart.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
