- Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Short boat ride to many local golf courses, South Seas Plantation, Sanibel, Cape Coral, and many others close by.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Island shopping and dining in two restaurants located on North Captiva Island. Mango's and Barnicle Phils for local island cuisine.
- Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. 2 minute walk to beach (approximately 300 yards). One 4 seat electric golf cart is provided with rental. NO CARS ON NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND! 2 ocean kayaks are included with rental, access to 750 acre wildlife refuge. Kayak in and around bird Sanctuaries, see wild osprey, sea otters, dolphins and manatees, hunt unusual sea shells on exotic white sandy beaches.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Diners Club Occupancy is restricted to the stated occupancy limit Noted in the Rental Terms and Conditions Agreement. Over- occupancy of the accommodation is a breach of the Rental Agreement. Guest agree to register all people in their party in advance and agree that they are in default of this agreement if they have more guests in the accommodation than stated in the agreement.
