A 1km walk from the village shops and cafés of Espéraza, this renovated villa enjoys a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The sheltered south-facing swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and overlooked by a shady, covered dining terrace with barbecue. There is table tennis and a badminton/volley ball area in the grounds for the more energetic and swings for the children. This is a wonderful walking country situated in the foothills of the Pyr4enees with many walks to say nothing of those leading up to the dozen ruined Cathar castles. Espéraza with dinosaur museum as well as the town of Limoux home to the sparkling Blanquette wine, the medieval towns of Mirepoix and Carcassonne are nearby as are the beaches of Perpignan. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
