    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
