Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
FOR GUESTS STAYING LONGER THEN 30 DAYS The meter for electricity usage will be read before and after your stay and the charge for amount used will be deducted from your Security deposit before it is returned to you.

Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00 daily upon request.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
