Each room is designed to catch the fresh sea breezes, to give an air of spaciousness with high cathedral ceilings, and to enjoy the ever-changing aquamarines of an inviting ocean. A new pool and Tiled Deck was installed in September 2001. Telephone is "VOIP" USA phone. Free calls to the USA/Canada.

The home is within easy walking distance of a grocery store, and is just a short drive to about five restaurants/bars, tennis courts, two watersport shops, the Botanical Gardens, and ferry service to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the famous Seven Mile Beach.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This unit is right on the ocean. Far Tortuga on North Side Beach, is situated in one of the best areas for snorkeling.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel, 50% of your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
