Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
