Located just outside the picturesque Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas Harbor. Regular ferry service (7 min. ride) makes it convenient to shopping, dining and activities in St. Thomas. Know for its natural charm, Water Island is secluded with a unique history. Each cabin boasts an ocean view and is a five-minute walk to the beach. The handful of roomy tent-cabins that feature terraces.

    • The community pavilion has a large fridge with a freezer and a BBQ grill with burner. All accessories for the kitchen are located in each cabin. Each cabin has it's own 5 gallon water jug and 60 quart cooler.

    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Security Deposit Returned may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
