Best Beachfront Villa in Cabarete
Our villa is ideally located in an exclusive, quiet area just 1 1/2 miles east of the center of Cabarete. We are only 20 minutes from the Puerto Plata International airport; a 3 1/2 hour flight from New York. Located directly on a beautiful secluded beach where other people are rarely encountered. Topless sunbathing is allowed on the beach.
We have currently completed our new (2007) hot tub and patio directly on the beach in front of the villa. This serves as the focal point of all beach activity; connecting the beach with the pool and the shade of the bohio and gazebo.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10/day will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
