The Lake House Situated on Horse Lake in 100 Mile House.Gentle slope to water and boat dock.Lovely English Gardens with secluded Hot Tub on lower deck. Upper deck is 700 square feet with a Panorama view of the Lake.Lake is re known for fishing for Trout.The fishing is best in May, June and September. However, the owners have fished from the dock and see fish swimming by. Several trout have been caught in their bay. Some fish are caught in July and August. |

Watch fabulous sunsets from the deck or fish, swim, or water-ski on 12 kilometres of Horse Lake.Beautiful home on quiet road on South side of lake away from traffic, only a five hour drive from Vancouver. Enjoy 180 degree view of the lake and beautiful sunsets, facing Southeast. There is good swimming and a pebbly beach and water is accessed via grass down to the water's edge, gently sloping with no drop offs. Boat launch is nearby. Great golfing nearby at the 108 Mile Ranch
Winter fun includes:skating on the lake, cross country skiing on the lake or on groomed trails in 100 Mile House.
World reknown 108 Hills Ranch is only 20 minutes away with world class dining and Spa Horse Back riding etc.

Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of clean may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
