Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of to be discussed with Owner.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
