    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00 per day or per visit.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
