Cosy apartment in a residence with beautiful sea view situated very close to the Cinque Terre area, which has been declared Patrimony of Humanity by UNESCO. The entire coastal area is characterised by the tourist ports and small beaches, the cliffs and the sea which reflects the Mediterranean vegetation. The residence is characterised by a fenced-in garden of 2,000 m2 where you will also find a small swimming pool (6x4)(16/6-30/9). Parking on the external street. Laundry service (to be paid on the spot ). DISTANCES: 2km all kinds of shops, 5 km Cinque Terre with its villages perched on the cliffs above the sea, 10 km Sarzana (antique market), 15 km Carrara (famous for the marble quarries which can still be visited today), 22 km La Spezia, 33 km the well known resorts of the Versilia and the Golf Club of Forte dei Marmi, 73 km Pisa, 118 km Genoa.
ACCOMMODATION: (60 m2) 2nd fl. (independent access to the apartment from a stone stairway that goes from the main road): living/dining room with terrace and sea view with view of the swimming pool and the sea, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, WC. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
