The location is such that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday and go on excursions to the nearby towns such as Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta) or indeed visit Liguria (Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Levanto). Very peaceful with views over the countryside, over other houses and views of the sea in the distance. Enclosed grounds with equipped lawn (barbecue, pizza oven) with swimming pool (6x10) (5/5-27/10), large loggia and a terrace.
Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km essential food shops, 2 km Carrara, 5 km beaches and tennis courts, 40 km Lucca, 55 km Pisa, 120 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious and bright living/dining room (satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD and CD player) with fireplace and access to the outside, extremely modern and well-equipped kitchen with access to a stone tiled area with wooden pergola, study with single divan bed and access onto the terrace, WC. Lower level (entry from outside too): 1 large twin bedded room with additional single bed (TV, hi-fi), 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine).
1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower (massaging water jets) and access to a pretty panoramic terrace (56 m2) covered with pergola, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Air conditioning on the basement floor.The bedrooms have mosquito nets and fans. Modern style furniture where attention has been paid to detail as well as prestigious accessories produced by some of the most important Italian design companies. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
