    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 4$ per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
