Well equipped open kitchen with bar, living room and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large laundry. Quite and private setting with outside patio, large deck with BBQ, garage and plenty of parking. There are 270 feet of private shore-line to enjoy. The water is crystal clear and great for swimming or boating. The private dock can be used and also the buoy if you bring your own boat. Nestled into the rock's there is a gazebo with chairs. The beach can be reached by a wide walking path leading down the property. The beach has to be shared with the owner of the property who lives in a detached home below the Log-Home about 80 mts. Away.
Okanagan living at it's finest, 20 minutes to the Airport in Kelowna and 20 minutes to Vernon. Close to Predator-Ridge Golf-Course, good dining, wineries.
