The lot is level-no long hilly jaunt to the beach- and the lake is within15 feet. The area is rural, providing a relaxing environment. The installation of a six person lakeside hot tub makes this property enjoyable all year long. Lie back and enjoy the evening skies. Cruise the shoreline in one of our kayaks or the canoe. Gather around a beach fire roasting hot dogs or cooking smores. The residence is a two story 1/2 duplex with a walk out basement located on .6 acres with 90 feet of beach front. There is a 60 foot dock, a floating dock and moorage. The covered patio area contains the BBQ and patio furniture. For your golfing pleasure, we are located 15 minutes from Predator Ridge and within 30 minutes of numerous other courses. Orchards surround the area and vineyards dot the area hills, each with their own wineries and restaurants. Horses can be rented at the local ranch. For your winter activities we are located 45 minutes from Silver Star Mountain and 1 hour from Big White Mountain. Come enjoy our all season playground...We will make you welcome!!
