Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
