1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Carved wood canopy bed with overhead covered or uncovered mirrors(your choice). Bedroom has bar and opens onto deck with stunning view of Okanagan lake.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Furnished with antiques.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). 2 couches (one is the hide-a-bed), 1 recliner arm chair, 1 day bed, gas fireplace, coffee table and end tables, pre 1900's organ, TV, stereo.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

Unit has a spectacular view of 120 Km long Okanagan Lake and of the mountains on the other side of the lake. Some orchards including our own small mixed orchard are also visible from the suite deck. You can see all the way to the Kelowna bridge approx 30 kms away from the suite. Stands of ponderosa pines grow on the back side of the property.

• Kelowna International (YLW) Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. From airport drive north (towards Vernon) on Hwy 97. Turn left at last light in Winfield at Oceola Rd. There is a Tim Hortons on the corner. Drive 2.6 Kms and at the bottom of the hill turn right onto Carrs Landing Rd. Drive 1.9 kms and veer right onto Moberly. Drive only 100 meters (yards)and make a sharp right onto the private lane, Continue to the end of the lane through the iron gate. Free transportation available from the airport. Call owners.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus stop at Oceola and Okanagan Centre Rd.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 7 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). Big White, Silver Star, and Crystal Mt are all a 1 hour drive from our location.

A number of small stores and grocery shopping at Coopers Foods and IGA is 10 minutes drive. Fine dining and major mall and big box store shopping is 20 minutes away in Kelowna.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
