The main view to the west is a peek a boo view of Lake Okanagan and the mountains across from the lake. On your right hand side is the Geodesic Dome Home of your hosts with 30 feet of decks including the hot tub in between. The 1 acre yard is treed with Ponderosa pine trees.

Adult Oriented. Detergent for dishwasher provided. Water treatment through Ecowater softener. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Unit has 1 bedroom and a living room with french doors to the yard. Living room has 1 sofa bed and 2 chairs.

Distances
• The distance to Kelowna International Airport is 15 kilometers, appr. 15 minutes by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Enjoy a year-round retreat only 10 minutes from Predator Ridge Golf Course. There are many other internationally recognized Golf Courses in the valley.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There are a number of world class Ski Resorts including Big White, Silver Star and Apex Mountain all within a short drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A vehicle is required because the drive to the shops and dining is at least 20 minutes
• The unit is a 5 minute walk from the lake. There is a Public Beach access at a 5 minutes walk from the cottage. This is a small beach, dogs allowed. The main beach, Coral Beach, is a 10 minutes walk from the house, with dock, boat launch and swim float, picnick tables and also a tennis court, free of charge. Beach surface is pebbles.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10/day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
