View
The residence faces the west. During the summer months the sun crests the hills behind the orchards at 7:00A.M. and sets over the hills across the lake at approximately 8:00PM. Homes are located either side of the property. The rear of the property is lawn with a few fruit trees. Across the road are the orchards. The front of the property is lawn with two enormous willow trees. The width of the lake at this point is approximately 10 KM with trees and hills on the opposite side. The community of Fintry is located directly across the lake.

The residence is located on .6 acres with 90 feet of level stony beach. There is a 60 foot dock. The two storey right side of the duplex has a walk out basement which leads to a semi covered patio area. The covered patio area has a beer fridge and an oak table with 4 chairs. The patio set and BBQ is located on the exposed patio area. The front lawn extends to the water front 8 feet away. All bedding and towels are available with the unit. Just bring your beach towels.

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Okanagan Lake is located within 8 feet of the residence Plenty of life jackets are supplied by the owner. A floating dock is situated beyond the end of the dock. There is buoy near the dock for moorage. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
