    Pool may be shared with vacationers in the upper level of this home.You will thoroughly enjoy your stay at the suite. The view of the countryside and Okanagan Lake are amazing. The fresh country air is relaxing and a dip in the pool is always refreshing. A BBQ and fire pit is provided along with a lovely outdoor eating area by the pool. The property is located in prestigious Carr's Landing and is 2 ½ acres partially landscaped and usable by guests. It is fully furnished and very private. Close to the airport, golf courses, ski resorts and recreational facilities makes it an ideal location for the perfect vacation.

    • The suite is 5 minutes to the lake. Coral Beach is a 5 minutes walk from the house. It has a dock, boat launch, picnic tables and tennis court, free of charge. Beach surface is pebbles.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 10 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
