The villa situated just outside of the center of Carvoeiro and 140 m. from Praia de Centianes beach. A peaceful, relaxing mature garden full of old trees, fruit trees and flowers with walking paths and lawns. The sun terrace and the window have a view at the Vale do Milho golf course. Big Game Fishing: Departure from Portimão at 9 AM, it takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach the fishing grounds (+/- 18 kilometers from the coast) and preparation of the fishing gear. If you have children, Krazy world is well worth a visit! You will find a huge mini golf, swimming pool, a petting farm, quad bikes, pony rides, a crocodile park and several other attractions - all in beautifully landscaped surroundings. Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit Please make sure all bank charges are payed. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for 100 € per week. A minimum of 2 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate. |
