• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Eating and shopping in Sesmarias walking distance is at the most 5 minutes. In Carvoeiro you will need to take a cab/taxi to eat or shop; at a cost of 5 euros.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 50 will apply. A fee of 50 weekly will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
