Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/day (Max of 300.00) will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
