Full bathroom with granite counter, and insuite laundry that includes washer and dryer, and equipped with ironing board and iron, for your convenience. Decorated and furnished patio area with gas BBQ, and patio furniture. The complex features a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, spa, and a private fenced-in beach that has a grassy picnic area and sandy alcoves for your beach gatherings. Boat moorage is available, (at an additional charge), with boat launch nearby. This complex is located within walking distance of Rattlesnake Canyon theme park, and several restaurants and eating establishments.
