Distances

• The nearest train station is less than 10 minutes walking. The distance to the airport is more or less 25 minutes driving.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The nearest golf resort is very close.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Close to the condominium there are several restaurants and small stores. If you want to go to bigger shopping centers, there is one 10 minutes drive away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is less than 10 minutes - From the main balcony you can see the ocean. There are several beaches in the area. They are perfect for swimming. You can also walk from Estoril to Cascais along the beach. Here you will find several coffee stores and restaurants. At the main beach Tamariz there are also several bars that are open every night.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Cash
Only cash payment in Euro is accepted as balance payment at the arrival.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
