• Lisbon Airport is less than an hour drive. Cascais train station, linking to Lisbon, is a ten minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several excellent golf courses within a twenty minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Restaurants of all categories are available within a ten minute drive. Shopping centres are also close-by.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean is approximately ten minutes with an alternative path over sand dunes. Guincho Beach is one of the top surfing and windsurfing beaches in Europe.
Although Guincho Beach is often turbulent and windy there are good swimming beaches in Cascais and Estoril, nearby.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
