A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 10.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 1 occupants). A guest must request this optional service.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service. The metered rate is 4.00 per cubic meter (based on consumption).

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog Maximum allowed: One Pet Fee: 30 NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
