• 15 - 30 minutes to Tocumen International Airport, and 10-15 minutes to small airport (Albrook). (Depends on traffic, but always less than 30 minutes). Less than 30 minutes to Albrook Bus Terminal.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Coronado Country Club as well as Summit Golf Resort are both less than an hour by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Nice restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as small tourist shops, is less than 10 minutes walk. Big shopping malls are 10 minutes by car. Main "peatonal" (walk-only area) is about 5 minutes by car.
• No view, but just a 1-2 minute walk will get you to the ocean shore and beautiful views to city line, Panama Bay, entrance to Canal, islands, and Bridge of the Americas.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
