Situated on one of the best locations in the safest zone this corner apartment has canal sea view and the skyline view of the cosmopolitan city. The best restaurants and even an Italian ice cream parlour with basil ice are within a few steps of your apartment. An Internet cafe is right opposite your apartment. The apartment has all conveniences and when you close the large windows and put on the air conditioner you can even enjoy an inside cool breeze.

    • 15 - 30 minutes to Tocumen International Airport, and 10-15 minutes to small airport (Albrook). (Depends on traffic, but always less than 30 minutes). Less than 30 minutes to Albrook Bus Terminal.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Coronado Country Club as well as Summit Golf Resort are both less than an hour by car.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Nice and good restaurants, bars, and cafes are available a few minutes walk. Small art and tourist shops with paintings, Panama hats, and beautiful jewellery from the sea are at the same range. Shopping malls are approximately 10 minutes by car.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Pacific Ocean stretches out 20 meters from the apartment. When waking up you hear the quiet sound of the Pacific and feel its gentle breeze. However since it concerns here a very quiet town beach, the less clear waters of the Panama canal are not that far away. It is just a small beach without facilities.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A 25 refundable key deposit is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
