25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
All cancellations must be made in writing and received within the time specified:
* 30 days or less, no refund.
o between 31 and 60 days before arrival date: 50% refund
o Full refund less $35.00 per booking cancellation fee will be granted, if cancellation is received no less than 61 days prior to date of arrival.
o There will be no refunds for no shows, early departures, late arrivals.
