Peaceful position ideal for going for relaxing walks. The house has a private entrance and a private garden (1,000 m2). Shared with the owner who lives in the nearby farmhouse approx. 50 m away: equipped swimming pool (6x12) with shower and small equipped loggia. Parking. DISTANCES: 6 km from Casole d Elsa (all kinds of shops), 10 km horse riding, 20 km S. Gimignano, 29 km Siena, 58 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. mezzanine: small entrance loggia, living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with fireplace/barbecue and access to the loggia, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
