Ancient house (150 m2) that has been recently renovated and transformed into a beautiful country residence in a small hamlet among the Valdelsa hills. Beautiful view overlooking the valley. Even though it's located inside the hamlet, the house has spacious outdoor areas that allow the guests tranquility and privacy. The accommodation is surrounded by 1,800 m2 of private land with an area equipped for outdoor dining, olive groves, lawn and swimming pool (4x10) (15/5-30/9). Parking. DISTANCES: 500 m from a grocery shop, 3 km Casole d'Elsa (various shops), 7 km Colle Val d'Elsa, 17 km San Gimignano, 30 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious living room, three stairs below is a kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine, sink). Still on the gr. fl., but with external access: small living room with divan bed and kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a small terrace, 1 double bedroom with equipped terrace (15 m2), 1 twin bedded room with terrace (10 m2), 1 bathroom with bath. Upon request the owners, who are scholars of crystal and its history, will organise guided tours of the renowned factories in the area. Possibility of a cook to be requested at the time of booking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
