The property, which has been divided into 5 apartments, is situated on a hill with pretty views of the surrounding countryside. Very peaceful position. Large, equipped grassy areas inside a property of 15,000 m2. Shared: swimming pool (6.2x16) (31/5-30/9). The apartments are equipped with all the comforts and have a reserved outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. The property is accessed by means of an unpaved road of 2.5 km, not suitable for sports or low-riding cars. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
