Beautiful farmhouse (470 m2) which has been completely restored and transformed into a cosy countryside residence in the green hills of Tuscany between Pisa and Florence. The position of the house allows you to easily reach the see and the main tourist destinations of central Tuscany. Pretty view of the countryside and of the valley. Peaceful position. The property extends for approx. 15 ha and large green outdoor areas equipped with an equipped swimming pool (17x9) surround the house. In the garden you can find a functional wood burning oven and an area with a paved floor ideal for outdoor dining. It is possible to purchase typical products made on the farm and local products (olive oil, marmalade, cheese, wine). Parking. Internet access. DISTANCES: 3 km Montefoscoli (food shops), 7 km Castelfalfi (golf course), 10 km Peccioli (all kinds of shops), 30 km S. Gimignano, 40 km Volterra, 45 km Tirrenia.

Approx. 100 m away you can find a small cottage with private garden which is occasionally used at weekends by the owners, who do not use the swimming pool. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-beds available (Euro 50/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
