Three delightful apartments in the renowned historic medieval town of S. Gimignano, situated in a panoramic position between Siena , Florence and Volterra . The three apartments are located on the ground floor of an old building located next to the town's old city walls and overlook a spectacular valley with vineyards and olive tree groves, offering the three apartments a particularly beautiful panorama. You can reach the main street of the historic centre on food, where you will find all kinds of shops. Peaceful position. Each apartment has an outdoor area. The ZAFFERANO 3 apartment has an equipped area with gazebo in front of the living room while the ZAFFERANO 1 and 2 apartments have a grassy area in an higher position just a few meters away each with their own gazebo equipped for outdoor dining. The three apartments can use the grassy area between the olive trees that overlooks the hills (barbecue). Reserved parking space for each apartment inside the property. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
