Each apartment has an equipped reserved outdoor area. 50 m away from the house, on a small panoramic hill, you will find the swimming pool (6x12). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
