Farmhouse that has been renovated and divided into 5 cosy apartments in the characteristic hills of Tuscany, between Volterra and the Arno valley. Broad panoramic view of the hills and the surrounding countryside. The house is surrounded by large shared grassy areas. Each apartment has an equipped reserved outdoor area. 50 m away from the house, on a small panoramic hill, you will find the swimming pool (6x12). Access to the house along 1.5 km of dirt track road in good condition. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-beds availableCentral heating.

LOCATION: 2.5 km from food shops, 10 km Peccioli (all kinds of shops), 14 km Castelfalfi (golf course), 15 km Volterra, 42 km San Gimignano, 48 km the beaches of the coast, 50 km Pisa, 73 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
