The position of the property allows you to easily reach the coastal beaches and the main tourist spots of central Tuscany. Beautiful and extensive views of the surrounding countryside. Very peaceful position. Equipped lawn and olive grove inside the property (28,000 m2) that is completely fenced-in and includes an equipped swimming pool (6.5x13). Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km from Marti (food shops), 12 km Pontedera (all kinds of shops), 33 km Pisa, 45 km the beaches, 50 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: equipped loggia (18 m2), living room (satellite TV) with double divan bed, dining room with kitchen corner (oven), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (accessed by a spiral staircase): overhead gallery with double bed open over the dining area. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Barbecue. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
