Altocolle is set within the peacefulness of a natural context consisting of valleys and wood groves, in a hillside position, equally distant from Pisa and Florence. The complex consists of the owner's villa and a few farmhouses where 9 apartments have been created and which are set around a beautiful swimming pool (7x14). On request, the guests can also use a restaurant/pizzeria structure for Tuscan dinners, the beauty farm with sauna, Turkish baths, jacuzzi, solarium and massages, 2 artificial-grass tennis courts, beach volleyball court. A covered riding school as well as one outdoors can be used to take private lessons and equine facilitated therapy with FISE instructors. In the 34 hectares that surround the structure you can use an athletic itinerary or go mountain biking (6 bikes are available). Cleaning and midweekly linen change are available on request. The Altocolle 7 and 8 apartments have a telephone and an Internet line, whereas, Altocolle 1,2 and 3 can use the shared line in the reading room. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). ACCOMMODATION: (38 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with double divan bed (TV)/dining/cooking area (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Private equipped outdoor area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
