This pleasant accommodation has been created from the skillful restoration work of a typical Tuscan hayloft and is located in the hills just outside of the townof Figline Valdarno. From the house you can enjoy a splendid panorama of the Arno valley and the Vallombrosa and Pratomagno mountains. The outdoor areas which surround the house are for the exclusive use of the guests. ACCOMMODATION: (110 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with double divan bed, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher)/dining area with direct access to the garden, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine outside of the house. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
